第七届中非媒体合作论坛：内容创新赋能人文合作_我的网站

一 |     中新网北京8月21日电 (记者 高凯)第七届中非媒体合作论坛正在北京举行，其中的平行分论坛“内容创新赋能人文合作”中，来自中非政府主管部门、主流媒体和视听企业的相关负责人围绕议题展开交流。

二 |          　　北京市广电局党组书记、局长王杰群介绍，北京优秀影视剧非洲展播季已闪耀非洲十多年，170多部影视剧覆盖近十亿非洲民众；LOVE北京视听文艺国际传播行动持续点亮非洲，LOVE北京之夜走进埃及、乌干达等国，北京还携手乌干达国家平台开辟“北京剧场”播出专栏，联合非洲头部资讯平台开放LOVE北京视听专区。此外，依托“北京大视听”精品创作机制，爱奇艺国际版在非洲上线电视剧480多部，对非网络视听专栏累计覆盖2.2亿人次。    Vice President Kamala Harris has triggered backlash online after seeming to liken the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. 三 |          　　王杰群谈到，北京是率先实施超高清视听先锋行动之城、中国人工智能第一城，集聚2000多家视听科技企业、超2500家AI企业和全国近40%的顶尖人才。

四 | 北京已完成埃及纪录片《地球之母》4K版修复，指导建成灵犀AI多语种短剧译制平台。下一步将支持企业向非洲媒体提供大模型账号，支持相关企业向肯尼亚等非洲国家打造本土化XR虚拟演播室。                        　　“在过去多年来有很多布基纳法索的媒体人来到中国进行学习培训，在当下有20多个布基纳法索媒体人今天就在场。”布基纳法索新闻、文化、艺术和旅游部部长贝德文德·吉尔贝·韦德拉奥戈说。冈比亚新闻部部长伊斯梅拉·塞赛透露，目前已有两家电视台按固定频率每周播放中国电视节目，“将来中国的观众也可以在屏幕上看到来自冈比亚的优质产品，我相信这样会进一步加强我们的人文交流”。

六 | ”中央广播电视总台CGTN总编辑安晓宇说。CGTN已与40多个非洲国家的97家主流媒体组建非洲伙伴媒体合作机制，去年发起的全球南方媒体伙伴机制已有非洲46个国家的173家媒体机构加入。         　　湖南广播影视集团有限公司董事长、台长龚正文分享了一组数据：芒果摄制组走过非洲九个国家，与肯尼亚国家电视台联合打造的选秀节目《唱响非洲》第一季吸引5000多名非洲音乐爱好者报名；芒果TV国际APP本月开通非洲频道，在加纳共建的金芒果卫星频道覆盖非洲23个国家、触达1000万家庭用户。         　　“文化交流不是单向输出，而是双向赋能，不是各自精彩，而是彼此成就。”爱奇艺副总裁兼总编辑王兆楠介绍，爱奇艺已构建起“平台站点＋本土合作＋电视频道覆盖”的立体化传播渠道体系，联合推出的华语娱乐卫星电视频道覆盖中东北非22个国家和地区。         　　华策影视集团总裁傅斌星表示，“当内容真正触达情感深处，文化差异便不再是隔阂，而是相互欣赏的起点。”据介绍，华策已有3200小时优质华语剧集走进非洲千家万户，下一步将推动《太平年》《家业》等精品在非洲更多国家落地，“不仅让中国故事走进非洲，也让非洲故事通过我们的全球网络走向世界”。         　　佛得角司法、部长会议、议会事务和新闻部部长克洛维斯·席尔瓦认为：“我们合作的真正的力量在于构建共同叙事的能力，在于我们珍视彼此差异的能力。”马达加斯加新闻和文化和旅游部长曼德林德拉里武尼·奥加斯卡·费努苏阿则指出：“媒体和视听领域的合作绝对不能简单地被理解成为内容的互换，合作首先应当是一种交流。”(完) 【编辑:万纪玮】。
